Andrew Famiglietti, President / CEO
With over 30 years of experience in the construction and land development industry, Andrew Famiglietti, President and Chief Executive Officer has established himself as a professional in the construction sector.
He began his career by working with his father in numerous civil projects to clients in all levels of Government. He is the foundation of Atlas’ current evolution, encompassing design, finance and construction. Andrew now provides the leadership and knowledge for the construction division as well as motivating and initiating objectives for the managers of The Atlas Corporation.
Eliseo (Lee) Curto, P.Eng, Vice President of Operations
Lee is a professional engineer who graduated from the University of Toronto in 1982. With over 20 years in the construction industry, Lee has managed numerous institutional; commercial; industrial; residential, and restoration construction projects.
Lee’s responsibilities lie primarily in the risk management of all construction projects, and overseeing operations in the office and on-site. He is an active member in safety groups and he is active in ensuring that safety is maintained on site.
Adam Salehi, Vice President of Development
As Vice President of Development, Adam has gathered a vast knowledge of the construction industry. With over 20 years of experience, Adam is in charge of Marketing, Estimating and Contract negotiation and awards. He is also involved in the operation of every construction project. Working with heritage buildings in his career has also enabled him to appreciate the workmanship and dedication required to create such magnificent buildings. He believes in giving value and respect to every individual.
Claudio Ciavarella, BBA,CMA, Vice President of Finance
As Corporate Controller for the Atlas Group of Companies, Claudio is the key to all financial aspects of the group. Encapsulating his numerous years of industry experience, Claudio is charged with maintaining strict financial control, coordinating strategy between construction, property and other enterprise managers. He oversees cash management, finance and costing. His corporate functions comprise of: the development and implementation of corporate strategic plans; litigation strategy; construction risk and opportunity analysis.
